All RayNeo devices come with a comprehensive 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
How long does international shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard international shipping usually takes 7-14 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for 3-5 day delivery.
What is your return policy for open-box electronics?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for items that are not in 'like-new' condition.
Are RayNeo smart glasses compatible with prescription lenses?
Yes, our frames are designed to accommodate prescription inserts. We provide a lens frame template in the box which you can take to your local optician for custom lens fitting.

How do I update the firmware on my device?
